The Long Journey

Drawings Category: Biblical

The Long Journey
Charcoal and tempera on paper

“A man without faith in God. People know that something is missing. When a person is missing something, deep inside, he starts to scream out about something without knowing what it really is. There is a certain unsettledness and emptiness. A Christian is surrounded by community and church, but a man without God and religion has a lot of obstacles to conquer alone. Plisi (the traditional Albanian white hat) is also somehow visible representing always peace throughout the drawings.” – Agim Rudi
